All About Me Blog

Psychology-Alex McCarthy

Many things shape the way I am today.  I like to have a positive outlook on life and see the good side of things instead of being negative.  I am a little shy and quiet at school, but when I am with my friends or family I am louder and more energetic.  I am a happy person most of the time, except for when I get stressed easily and sometimes I get too frustrated over things I should let go.  I am a motivated person, and I always try to do my best at everything.  I can be competitive sometimes, and determined to get better at the things I do.
The biggest fear that I have are clowns.  When I was in 4th grade, a friend told me scary stories about clowns and I have been afraid of them ever since then.
I have been in gymnastics since I was three, and one of my biggest dreams is to get a college scholarship for gymnastics.  It would be a huge oppertunity and a lot of fun to be a college gymnast.  One of the goals I have is to do well this season in gymnastics.  I want to work hard to make it to the national competition at the end of the season.  Another one of my goals is to get straight A's  for school, and also to try to not stress as much for schoolwork.  I also want to do good this year in English, my hardest class.  Many things in my life have influenced me to make me the person I am today.
